Pan Mass Challenge

The Pan Mass Challenge is an annual bike race that takes place across the entire state, ending in Provincetown, MA. Every year, more than 5,000 cyclists and hundreds of volunteers come out from 36 states and 8 countries to raise money for life-saving cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Van Pool drivers and staff have been volunteering vans and time to the nationally renowned event for over 25 years. Both Van Pool and the PMC share similar philosophies in regards to team work and a sincere commitment to achieving positive results. To learn more about the PMC and how you can become a volunteer, please visit www.pmc.org. We hope to see you out there!

Van Pool is happy to support this wonderful organization. Congratulation to all riders, volunteers, and supporters of the PMC.

Special Olympics

Many of the students we transport everyday are given the opportunity to participate in Special Olympics events across the state each year. The Special Olympics of Massachusetts (SOMA) has a core belief that, “through successful experiences in sports, SOMA athletes gain confidence and build positive self-images, which go with them into their homes, classrooms, jobs and communities”. Van Pool has a long tradition of assisting this belief by volunteering vans and drivers to get students to and from local Special Olympics events.

Please visit www.specialolympicsma.org or www.specialolympics.org to learn more about the Special Olympics and how you can volunteer in your local community.

Red Cross

Van Pool is pleased to partner with the Pioneer Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross. Since 2009, Van Pool has volunteered our time and resources to promote the Red Cross and their efforts to help those in need.
